The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue an appropriate Writ or order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the Respondent No. 3 in summonning the petitioners orally without there being any matrimonial crime registered against me and my family members in Pathapatnam police station, the Respondent No.3 is hell bent upon coercing and summonning me and my family members to the police station orally, without there being a crime registered against them as illegal, arbitrary and voilative of the procedure established under law, consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members, as the alleged offences are matrimonial in nature, the Respondent No. 3, in voilation of the orders passsed by the Honble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar versus state of Bihar, is attempting to extort money from the petitioners by exerting political and police pressure and pass……”
2. Sri B.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the instructions from the party, they wanted to withdraw this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the submission made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
