This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in considering the petitioner’s complaint dated 23.06.2025 is as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Art. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the erring police officials basing on the petitioners representation dated 23-06-2025.”

2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are civil disputes between the parties and the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes. Hence, the petition may be disposed of. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder:
“It is submitted that, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the Station House Officer, Markapuram Rural PS on 23.06.2025. Basing on the contents of the complaint, the 3rd Respondent police called both the parties for preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry it is came to light that, the petitioner and 3rd party having civil disputes. As the matter is purely related to the civil issues. The Respondent police never interfere with the civil issues, unless there is any specific direction from the Hon'ble Court. Further the 3rd Respondent said to both the parties not to create any law and order issues. Further the 3rd Respondent advised both the parties settle the matter before the competent.”
4. Sri K.L.Ganesh Raghavendra, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
