2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting
Page No.# 2/2 of regular bail to the petitioner, namely; Afsiful Sheikh @ Ali, in connection with Bilasipara P.S Case No. 253/2025 under Section 61(2)/123/70(1)/77/308(2) of BNS.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions received, submits that charge-sheet has not yet been submitted.
4. The petitioner has already crossed the statutory period of detention of 90 days and hence, he is entitled to default bail.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- only, with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, in connection with the aforesaid case, subject to the following condition: (1) That the accused petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing those facts to the Court or to any police officer.
6. The bail petition stands allowed accordingly.
