2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3"' respondent is not updating the record of rights; issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds, in pursuanoe of Form-VI(A) application made by the petitioner on 15.03.2024 wcfe Transaction I.D.No.MUT240315021744, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased an extent of Ac.1.56 cents in Sy.No.456 and Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.471-1 of Pippala Kothapalli Village, Kotavaratia Mandal, Anakapalle District under a Registered Sale Deed dated 03.08.2022 from Sri Machineedu Bapanna Dora. The petitioner made an application under Form-VI(A) dated 15.03.2024, requesting the authorities to update the record of rights and issue a pattadar pass book and title deeds (Ex.P2). Thereafter, the petitioner also
3 made a representation on 03.06.2025. However, the 3^" respondent has not passed any order. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions

learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the vendor’s name was mutated in the record of rights and Form-1 B and adangal issued, and the same is filed as Ex.P1. from the material available on record, there is no dispute regarding the petitioner's purchase of the land and making application under Form-Vl(A). The 3^^^ respondent is a competent authority under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and the Rules made thereunder to pass appropriate orders.
