Mrs. S Baruah, learned CGC appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner, vide a communication dated 02.03.2026, was informed about his provisional selection for appointment as Constable (General Duty) in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). The said offer of appointment dated 02.03.2026 is also submitted to have been issued to the petitioner. 3. This Court has perused the communication dated 02.03.2026 issued to the petitioner and finds that the petitioner, on his provisional selection, has been offered an appointment as Constable (General Duty) in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and the authorities have required him to report at the CISF Recruit Training Center, Mundali, Odisha. 4. In view of the above developments taking place in the matter and the petitioner having been issued with an offer of appointment, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner, raised in the present Writ Petition, has been redressed. There being no further live issue arising in the present Writ Petition for consideration, the present Writ Petition stands closed. 5.
