On the basis of report lodged by complainant Ganga Singh about demand of ransom by Surendra, Sohan and Sonu and further assault with deadly weapons in the night of 06.02.2025, FIR No.19/2025 registered at P.S. Khetri Nagar, Jhunjhunu on 06.02.2025 under Sections 333, 324(6), 308(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS. After investigation, this petitioner was arrested and now he is in custody. Having considered the totality of facts and circumstances of the case particularly criminal background of this petitioner, I am of considered view that this is not a fit case wherein indulgence of bail can be granted only on the basis that two accused were allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 8. In view of discussion made hereinabove, bail application preferred by petitioner Surendra Singh son of Tej Singh is hereby dismissed. (ASHOK KUMAR JAIN),J PREETI VALECHA /335
