This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 1114 of 2023 arising out of case crime no. 467 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325, 307 IPC Police Station-Kotwali, District Maharajganj pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Maharajganj expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant in the said session trial and same is pending since 2023. It is also submitted that the opposite party nos.2 to 4 are not cooperating with the Court concerned and are adopting delaying tactics in disposal of the said case and only dates are being fixed in the matter. Charges have been framed in the matter on 19.11.2024. It is also submitted that the case is pending at the stage of recording the evidence of witnesses. The Court concerned is not taking proper interest in disposal of the said session trial. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 6. It reveals from the perusal of the record that on 19.11.2024 charges have been framed and the case is pending at the stage of evidence of witnesses and few dates have gone at the same stage. The applicant before this Court is the informant of the case and since the case is fixed for evidence and normally it starts with the deposition of P.W.1/ informant, who himself is appearing before this Court seeking relief for expeditious disposal of the case. No relief is granted in this matter because it is he, who has to appear before the Court as first witness. 7. There is no need to pass any order in this matter. 8.
