The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, S.T. Case No.171 of 2024 (MCRA No.899 of 2025), for the offence under Sections 307/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2512/2025, by order dated 28.03.2025. On 14.06.2024 at about 06:30 p.m., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons fired at the husband and son of the informant, due to which, they sustained firearm injuries. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2024. It was further submitted that co-accused Ravi Mandal, against whom there is similar allegation, has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.7709/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan, in connection with Adityapur P.S.
