1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2691 of 2025 {Yadavram Janghel Vs. The Union of India and others} and other connected matters, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Yadavram Janghel (supra).
2. Learned State counsel has no objection.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Yadavram Janghel (supra).
