Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Ms. N. Das, learned Addl. P.P for the State. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely, Deep Roy, who was arrested on 28.09.2025 in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 639/2025 under Sections 316(2)/318(4) of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the forwarding report the present petitioner, Deep Roy is master mind of the illegal business of selling self drive rental vehicles of Assam in the state of Manipur. 4. The learned Addl. P.P. upon perusal of the case diary submits that there is sufficient material against the present petitioner who is the master mind of the entire operation along with the another co-accused and therefore, he does not stand on the same footing as the other co-accused who have been granted bail. 5. Having regard to the above and considering the seriousness of the allegations the prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
