By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Mustafizur Rahman @ Page No.# 2/2 Mustak Ali, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Howli P.S. Case No. 39/2025 under Section 189(4)/296/351(3)/117(2)/118(2)/310(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner is apprehending arrest as a quarrel broke out between two groups relating to parking of a scooter in front of a shop. Another counter FIR has been lodged by the uncle of the accused No.3 against the informant and his friend. 4. The petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 09.04.2025. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime, the case has been charge sheeted. A certified copy of charge sheet has been placed before this Court. 6. In the context of aforesaid developments in the investigation, I deem it fit to confirm the interim bail. Accordingly, the interim protection vide dated 09.04.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioner shall be available for trial, if one commences; and that the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
