Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. 2. This application is for transfer of proceeding bearing P. A. No. 329 of 2021 pending before the Court of learned Family Court, Parbhani, Dist. Parbhani to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambejogai, Dist. Beed. 3. The learned Advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the application. He submits that the trial is going on since 2021. Evidence of the applicant-wife is over. Evidence of respondent-husband is under cross-examination since April, 2024. His cross-examination is not complete in spite of various dates. 2025:BHC-AUG:5156 2 13-MCA-239-24 4. This Court finds substance in the submissions of the learned Advocate for the respondent. When the applicant- wife has attended the Court for such long period, there would be no propriety in transferring the proceeding. The proceedings can be completed within 3-4 dates. Hence following order : ORDER i. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is rejected. ii. Whenever possible, the applicant-wife shall be allowed to appear through video conferencing. iii. If the respondent-husband asked for unnecessary adjournments, the Court may imposed heavy cost. iv. Whenever the applicant-wife attends the Court, the respondent-husband shall pay Rs. 2000/- towards traveling expenses on every such date. v. The Family Court, Parbhani shall decide the proceedings by the end of 30.06.2025. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) PRW
