ORDER: The petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 18.07.2022 and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records.
2. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents allotted the agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.1174, Nannuru Village, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District through a patta dated
15.03.2010. Pattadar passbook and title deed were also issued in favour of the petitioner. While things stood thus, the 4*^ respondent erroneously entered the 6*'" respondent name in the revenue records in respect of subject land. Later, the petitioner made an online application dated 18.07.2021 seeking to mutate the petitioner’s name in the revenue records. But the respondents did not consider the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files an online application in Form-6A afresh, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner to submit a fresh Form-6A application through online, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. After such submission, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of three(3) months thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dispose of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
