Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issue arisen in the instant petition has already been settled by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed in CWPOA No.1695 of 2019 titled as Ajay Kumar Thakur and others vs. State of Himchal Pradesh and another. He further submits that he will be satisfied in case the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a time bound manner. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:29068 ) 2 3. The record reveals that the petitioner has not made any representation to the competent authority till date. In this view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the 2nd respondent and on receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and decided by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight weeks thereafter, strictly in terms of judgment in Ajay Kumar Thakur (supra). 4.
