Case No. 88 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. On 16.05.2025, at about 11:00 P.M., named accused persons has shot dead the wife of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners has come in confession of co- accused. 5. Mr. Jitendra Pandey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
