The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent- Authority to comply with the directions issued by the State Government vide its order dated 19.01.2024 while deciding the revision of the petitioner under Section 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 read with Section 12 of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. 2. The said order holds that the petitioner would not be liable to pay time extension charges and any amount paid in this behalf would be adjusted against future dues. In respect of the claim of the petitioner for declaring certain period as zero period, in view of COVID pandemic, observation has been made for considering grant of relaxation for one year in terms of Government Order dated 20th July, 2022. 3. Ms. Eshita Sand holding brief of Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Authority very fairly states that the required action in terms of the order of the State Government would be taken by the Authority and the decision would be communicated to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of by providing that the respondent- Development will take appropriate decision in compliance of the order of the State Government dated 19.01.2024 within four weeks and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
