JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 08/09/2025 This writ petition is disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties: (1) The award impugned dated 22.08.2017 passed by the learned Labour Court, Bharatpur in LCR No.466/2014 (313/1999) is quashed and set aside. (2) The petitioner is held entitled for a lump sum compensation of Rs.1,25,000/-. (3) The respondents shall pay the aforesaid compensation to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order failing which it shall carry interest @ 8% per annum and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear the interest component.
