Issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the Impugned order of email rejection dated 04.04.2025 at Annexure G and H bearing No. NIL passed by the 2nd respondent. C. Grant such other order and further relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard Sri K.N.Nithish, learned counsel for petitioners and Smt. D.J.Rakshitha, learned counsel for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that the work order has already been issued in terms of the aforesaid tender, on 17.04.2025. 4. In that light, the petition would not be entertainable as the petitioners have remedy of filing an appeal under Section 16 of Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999.
