Sri Bal Mukund Singh, learned counsel for respondents refers the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Mohit and others vs. Regional Manager Rajya Bhandaran Nigam, Lucknow and another, 2025:AHC:64872 that a similarly situated petitioner therein was an employee of private contractor and since there was no employee-employer relationship between petitioner therein and respondent-corporation, writ petition was held to be not maintainable. 3. I find merit in the above submission and, therefore, taking note of above judgment, since in present case also there is no employee-employer relationship between present petitioner and respondent-corporation, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
