In compliance to order dated 10.03.2025, learned counsel for the respondent on instructions has submitted that the respondent is ready to provide ceiling in the room, which he has offered for residence of the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner under instructions, accepts the offer and submits that petitioner will not press for the provisions of fan and cooler in the room. 2. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of in view of the terms agreed by the parties. The respondent shall provide the room, as offered after providing ceiling in the roof 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? within four weeks from today, to the petitioner. The petitioner will not press for the provisions of fan and cooler in the room so provided to her by the respondent. However, she will be at liberty to make the provisions for such facilities out of her funds for which the respondent shall have no objection. 3. In addition to above, the petitioner shall also be at liberty to make application to the appropriate authority for separate water connection and for this purpose also the respondent shall have no objection.
