1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is interested only in conducting of elections by the official respondents for the post of Lambardar of village Baroi Tehsil Bari, Brahaman, District Samba within a stipulated period and prayed that this petition may be
disposed of accordingly.
2. Having regard to the precise submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to official respondents to conduct the elections for the post of Lambardar of village Baroi Tehsil Bari, Brahaman, District Samba within a period three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
