Learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Amrit Raj, learned AGA on behalf of the State-respondent are present. However, none has appeared on behalf of the respondent no.2. 2. By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed the following reliefs:- "i. To set aside the order dated 11.06.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/FTC-II, Bijnor, passed in Criminal Revision No. 109 of 2025 (Smt. Neeraj @ Naina Vs. State of U.P. and another) under Sections 324, 406, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Nagina, District-Bijnor. ii. To set aside the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1, Bijnor, passed in Complaint Case No. 331 of 2024 (Sumit Kumar Vs. Smt. Neeraj @ Naina and others) under Sections 324, 406, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Nagina, District-Bijnor." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved by Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the Mediation Centre dated 10.12.2025 is on record. He submitted that different litigations between the parties are pending at different courts. As both parties have amicably settled their dispute through compromise, this Court may direct the concerned courts to decide the other pending litigations in light of the compromise arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre of this Court. The report dated 10.12.2025 submitted by the Mediation Centre of this Court is enclosed with the record and from perusal of the said report, it appears that both parties have amicably settled dispute. 5. In the given circumstances, all the concerned courts, where various litigations between the parties are pending, are directed to dispose of the same in light of the compromise arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre of this Court. 6.
