ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning theaction of the respondents in not releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.1049023 of Varathur village, Gangadhara Nellore Mandal of Chittoor District without passing any
order of suspension or cancellation against him.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed a copy of order dated 03.08.2023, whereunder the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop was suspended. He would further submit that in view of the said
order, essential commodities are not supplied to the petitioner since August, 2023. The copy of the order is also served on the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. It is needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to question the said order, if he is so advised. No order as to costs.
