The Standing Counsel has obtained further instructions and on the basis of his instructions states that the order dated 7.3.2025 has been passed by the District Magistrate, Badlapur, Jaunpur rejecting the claim of the applicant. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 7.3.2025 before the appropriate forum. It is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
