At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31/01/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents would submit that the respondents are ready to decide the representation of the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall keep the bank guarantee alive. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to keep the bank guarantee alive. 5. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent authorities shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law, on its own merits.
