It is submitted by the learned Addl. P.P. that charge sheet being C.S. No. 106/23025 dated 25.11.2025 has already been submitted by the police in connection with Fakiraganj P.S. Case No. 90/2025 under Sections 331(4)/ 75(2)/ 115(2)/ 351(2) of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall appear before the learned court below within a period of 15 (fifteen) from today and in the event of such appearance and filing of any bail application, the same shall be considered as per law. It is provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioner till fifteen days from today, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail of Rs. 20,000/ with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority.
