The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 13.12.2018. The petitioner has submitted an application seeking for patta on 03.11.2023. Even subsequent to the same, representations were made. Heard Ms.Gopika Nambiar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Government Pleader (P) appearing for respondents. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 21.06.2024 and pass necessary orders issuing patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
