No.36 Agri and Co-operation (Co- op -V) Department, dated 01.03.2019 and G.O.Ms.90, Agri and Co operation (Co-op -V) Department dated 04.12.2020 and its operational guidelines by placing the matter of appointment of 7th Respondent before the 4th Respondent for decision and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the proceeding/resolution 03.07.2024 passed by 6th Respondent, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass
