On the pretext of mediation, the police are giving pressure to petitioner by filing false complaints given by 6th and 7th 2 Respondents. Even though having knowledge of the matter is pertaining to civil in nature they are unnecessarily involving in the civil matter, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 and 3 harassing the Petitioner by calling the police station and day in and day out. On the pretext of mediation, the police are giving pressure to petitioner by filing false complaints given by 6th and 7th Respondents. Even though having knowledge of the matter is pertaining to civil in nature they are unnecessarily involving in the civil matter, and pass ...” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on Written Instructions dated 14.07.2025 would submit that petitioner was called by respondent No.3 for preliminary enquiry but the petitioner did not turn up to respondent No.4-Police Station. 3. Relevant Paragraph of the written instructions reads as under: “ .... 3rd respondent called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry in the 6th respondent PGRS petition only. Further the 2nd and 3rd respondent neither harass the petitioner nor put any pressure upon the petitioner to compromise with the unofficial respondents in civil matters.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
