1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following:
ORDER: The criminal petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) by the petitioner / Accused No.1 for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.60 of 2025 of Governorpet Police Station, NTR District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143(2), 143(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’) and under Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner / A1 has taken a flat on rent basis from accused No.5 and has been running brothel house and securing or procuring the victim girls for resorting prostitution. Thereby, the accused No.1 along with other accused committed the aforesaid offences. 3. Ms.Shaik Mazhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence; he was falsely implicated in this case; he is the sole bread winner of his family, he is ready to abide any conditions to be imposed by this Court; and urged to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4.
Per contra, Ms.P.Akhila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that some more material witnesses have to

be examined; investigation is not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he would not be available for the investigation and he would escape from the clutches of law; and there are two adverse antecedents against the petitioner. They are as follows:
1. Crime No.761/2021 U/s.3(2)(v) SC & ST (POA) Act, and Sec.363, 366, 366(A), 370, 370(A)(1), 376(3) IPC and Sec.4(1), 5(1) (a), 6(1) (a) of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act and Sec.6 of POCSO Act – 2012 of Arundelpet P.S. of Guntur District and now the case is P.T. in this case he arranged nearly 100 members voluptuary by engaging Minor Girl. 2. Crime No.140/2024 U/s.85 BNS Act and Sec.3 and 4 of D.P. Act of Nunna P.S.
5. Perused the record. 6. In view of the nature of the allegations and the specific role played by the petitioner / accused No.1 as per the statements of L.Ws.8 and 9, who are independent witnesses and the accused / petitioner indulged in similar offences on earlier occasions, there are no merits in this petition. 7.
