In that view of the matter, since the Annexure-A is of the year 2015, the petitioner is directed to make one more representation/application to the respondent No.2, seeking change of khata in terms of the registered Sale Deed dated 09.10.2006 and if such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
