Both these petitions raise similar grievances of headmasters working with Zilla Parisahd schools, in the context of their claim of belonging to special category under the policy of transfers as per the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent - Zilla Parishd submits that an alternative remedy of grievance redressal is found in the Government Resolution itself in Clause Nos. 5.10.1 and 5.10.2., which has not been exhausted by the petitioners herein. 3. In the face of availability of the said alternative remedy, we decline to entertain the petitions. At the same time, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad under Clause 5.10.1 of the aforesaid Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, with regard to their grievances. The petitioners shall move the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad on or before 25.08.2025. On such applications being filed, the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad shall decide the applications of the petitioners expeditiously in terms of the aforesaid Government Resolution. 4.
