2. By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents’ authorities to pay the family pension to her within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to paragraph 9 of the reply, submits that the process for grant of pension has already been initiated and the same is pending before respondent No.3, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the same in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the submissions made by the petitioner as well as the State, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and take a decision to release the pension of the petitioner within a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to apprize the order of this Court before respondent No.3.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
