Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 5th respondent is the tenant of petitioners and the 5th respondent filed O.S.No.348 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 13.08.2024. The 4th respondent, at the behest of the 5th respondent, is pressurizing the petitioners to extend the lease in favour of the 5th respondent. 3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing respondent No.4 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent without following the due process of law and not to pressurize the petitioners to execute any document extending the lease in favour of the 5th respondent. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
