The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed the work entrusted by the 5th respondent-Corporation and successfully completed the Construction of CC Drain from D.No.26-2-907 to D.No.26-2-1034, from D.No.26-2-894 to D.No.26-2-1036 and D.No.26-2-982 to 26-2-947 at Chandramouli Nagar, 13th Street in Division No.26 at Nellore Municipal Corporation under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam, vide Agreement No.74/GGMP/EEIII/23-24, dated 08.06.2023.
2. It is submitted that reliance is placed on the M-Book evidencing completion of the work, which has been certified by respondent Nos.5 and 6. It is also submitted that, thereafter, a token number was generated on the CFMS website for release of the payment.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent-corporation.
5. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent-Corporation to verify the amount due and release the payment as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
