JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Page No.# 3/3 16.12.2025 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s grievance in the instant proceedings relates to the setting up of the IMFL On Shop by the respondent No.6 within the Dhamar Gaon Pachayat. However, during the pendency of the instant proceedings, the respondent No.6 has shifted to Ward No.9 within the jurisdiction of the Lakhipur Municipal Board. 2. Taking into account the above, no cause of action further survives in the instant proceedings. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands closed. 4.
