This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for allowing the applicant to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in pursuant to the order dated 27.11.2019 passed in I.A. (Civil) No.3900/2019 arising in connection with MACApp./614/2019. 3. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company does not have any objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the same is allowed. 4. The Registry is directed to disburse the amount deposited by the Insurance Company (50% of the awarded amount) before the Registry in pursuant to the aforesaid order to the claimant after proper verification. 5.
