GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that police are calling the petitioners to the police station and insisted them to sit in the police station for the whole day without there being any case registered against them. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by respondent No.7, police have called the petitioners to the police station and after verifying the record, they realized that it is a matter of civil in nature. As such, no criminal case has been registered against the petitioners and police never interfered in the civil dispute. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
