The instant habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking custody of corpus - his daughter. 2. In pursuance of the order dated 30.01.2025, corpus – Mst. ‘K' has been produced before this Court by Mr. Bannalal, SI SHO along with Mr. Madan Lal, HC No. 634 & Mrs. Manju Kumari, FC [2025:RJ-JP:4360-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-8/2025] No. 601, PS Raipur, District Jhalawar from Sakhi One Stop Centre, Jhalawar. 3. We have conferred with her. 4. With full confidence and composure, she has stated that she is not illegally confined. She has expressed that she does not want to go with the petitioner. 5. In this background, we set the corpus at liberty. She is free to proceed as per her desire henceforth. 6. The concerned Police Officer who is present in the court, shall ensure that proper security is given to corpus till the destination, where she wishes to go. 7. The habeas corpus petition is dismissed accordingly. Rule is discharged. 8. Office is directed to sent a copy of this order to the In- charge, Sakhi One Stop Centre, Jhalawar by fax today itself.
