P.P. …...... 03/ 04.09.2025: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is typographical error in the main petition i.e. A.B.A. No.3731 of 2025 which resulted in the error in paragraph 5 of the final order dated 15.07.2025, passed in A.B.A. No.3731 of 2025. He submits that inadvertently in the petition in place of Daltonganj Sahar P.S. Case No.189 of 2025, Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No.189 of 2025 has been mentioned. He submits that since, in the F.I.R., in hindi P.S. name was written as Daltonganj Sahar thus, due to inadvertence, it was written as Daltonganj Sadar in place of “Daltonganj Sahar /Town”. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to make necessary correction in the main anticipatory bail application. 3. Further in the 8th line of paragraph 5 of order dated 15.07.2025, passed in A.B.A. No.3731 of 2025 now, the P.S. name be read as “Daltonganj Sahar /Town”. 4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamu immediately. 5. Considering the statement made in the petition, I direct the petitioner to surrender on or before 18.09.2025. 6. Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P. is allowed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S.
