The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 134 of 2025 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 331 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 238(a) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gumla. 3. On 28.02.2025, the petitioner alongwith her husband was consuming liquor together. In an inebriated state, the petitioner pushed her husband, due to which, he sustained injury. She also gave a lathi blow to her husband, due to which, he succumbed to it. 4. It was submitted that even assuming the allegation to be true, at best, case under Section 105 of the B.N.S. will be made out. 5. Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gumlain connection with S.T.
