List the petition on 02.02.2024.” On 06.11.2024, this court again passed the following order:- “None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners even in the second round. [2025:RJ-JP:2885-DB] (2 of 2) [CRLW-694/2020] However, in the interest of justice, list this case on 09.12.2024.” Today, also none present on behalf of the petitioners to argue the matter. After perusal of the record, we find that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this public interest litigation, therefore, we are inclined to close the proceedings of PIL petition.
