This I.A. has been preferred seeking correction of certain typographical errors in the order dated 28.08.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Appln No. 2522/2025. At Paragraph No.3 of the said order the date of arrest has been wrongly typed as 22.05.2025 whereas the actual date is 22.06.2025. Further, at Paragraph No.5 instead of CJM, Lakhimpur, it should be Special Judge, (POCSO), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. 3. Upon perusal of the record it appears that the aforesaid errors have crept into the order dated 28.08.2025. 4. Accordingly, the date 22.05.2025 in paragraph No.3 of the order shall be read as 22.06.2025 and the words CJM, Lakhimpur shall be read as Special Judge, (POCSO), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur in the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2025 passed in BA No. 2522/2025. This order shall be read as part of the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2025. 5. The I.A. stands allowed accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
