This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Pranab Baruah, who were arrested on 21.09.2025 in connection with Baihata Chariali P.S. Case No. 236/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 103(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. PM report has not been received. 4. As per the FIR the elder brother of the informant was killed by some unknown culprits at Brindaban weekly Market at Baihata Chariali on 20.09.2025. 5. In course of the investigation the present accused was arrested on 21.09.2025 and he has spent 59 days in custody. 6. On perusal of the case diary there does not appear to be any specific material implicating the petitioner in causing the death of the deceased. 7. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 8. Accordingly, it is provided that the accused petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Rangia, Kamrup in connection with the aforesaid case. 9.
