By this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner, viz., Hashen Ali @ Hasen Ali has prayed for pre-arrest bail in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Kharupetia Police Station Case No.95/2025 registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/61(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The F.I.R. dated 10.08.2025 reveals that while looking for one person, namely, Noor Habiz, who is stated to have created many Bank accounts of many people and by sending the said details to some other person had committed financial fraud since long and the said person was arrested and his mobile phones were seized. 4. The petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 03.09.2025. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that final form by way of charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 6. In view of completion of investigation, the interim bail granted vide order 03.09.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioner shall be available for trial if one commences; that the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and that the petitioner shall not commit any illegal activities. 7.
