The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. On 16.06.2025, brother of the informant namely Manoj Teli had gone to the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, he went missing. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and co-accused persons that they might have committed the murder of the deceased. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that on the basis of confession of this petitioner, bloodstained T-shirt of co-accused and cricket bat which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered.
