Heard Mr. N. J. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Punjab National Bank.
2. Mr. Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Punjab National Bank as well as Mr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the loan account of the petitioner has already been regularized and the petitioner has been regularly paying the installments.
3. Mr. Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Punjab National Bank, submits that he has no objection if the impugned judgment dated 22.03.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Kamrup(M) in CR. Case No. 1195/2018 as well as the Judgment passed by the Learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No. 90/2023 are set aside.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides.
5. Since both parties have already come to a settlement and it is an admitted

6. The prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
7. The Judgment dated 22.03.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class are set aside.
8. The Criminal Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of.
