Order on Board 30.04.2025
1. On 19.4.2024, the following order was passed:
“Learned counsel for respondent No.6 would submit that final payment to the tune of Rs.82,870/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide Annexure-R/1 and information in this regard has also been sent to the office of Block Education Officer Simga, Baloda Bazar vide Annexure-R/2. On query being made to counsel for the petitioner as to whether any amount is still pending, he fails to demonstrate the same and prays for sometime to seek instruction in this regard. He also prays for sometime to file rejoinder. As prayed, 8 weeks' time is granted. List this case after 8 weeks. Meanwhile, learned State counsel shall file reply in the matter.”
2. Today, the counsel appearing for the petitioner again prays for time to seek instructions with regard to remaining pensionary dues. The petitioner has already been granted sufficient time to place on record the details of unpaid dues. It further appears that the petitioner has been paid the entire retiral dues, therefore, at this juncture, the petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer, if the cause of action still subsists.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Sd/-
