The returned covers received from respondents 1 and 2 and the delivery reports pertaining to service of notice on respondents 3 and 4 have been enclosed along with the Affidavit of Service. Since the notice sent to the respondents 1 and 2 has been returned with the endorsement “unclaimed”, which amounts to deemed service, they are set ex-parte by 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb. Appln. No.319 of 2025 this Court. Similarly, the respondents 3 and 4 have been duly served with the notice as seen from the delivery reports. Hence, they are also set ex-parte by this Court. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
