Mohan, learned counsel for the applicant. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant seeking correction/modification of the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 6947/2025. It is the case of the applicant that while passing the said order, the interim stay order granted earlier on 05.12.2025 was not extended. Therefore, the instant application has been preferred seeking an appropriate order for the extension of the said interim stay. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the extension of the interim stay order dated 05.12.2025 is necessary for the interest of natural justice and equity, and to prevent prejudice to the applicant during the Page No.# 4/4 pendency of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the respondents does not object to the prayer made by the applicant regarding the extension of the interim order. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and in the absence of any objection from the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the view that the extension of the interim order dated 05.12.2025 is necessary for the ends of justice. Accordingly, the prayer made by the applicant is allowed. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of with the direction that the interim order dated 05.12.2025 shall stand extended till the next date fixed in the writ petition being WP(C) No. 6947/2025, i.e., 30.01.2025. The order dated 12.12.2025 stands corrected to the extent indicated above. This order shall be read along with and as part of the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 6947/2025.
